The Carroll family is currently serving Christ Jesus in the Deaf Community and Signing Church in the Vasayas region of the Philippines, Cebu City, Cebu.
Mindy and Sterling are both licensed ministers with the Assemblies of God and are appointed-special missionaries with Assemblies of God World Missions. Mindy has served in the Philippines since 1997 and Sterling since 2000. They met while serving at Christian Academy of Baguio.
They were married on 2 June 2001, and have two children, Madeline and Caleb.
They arrived on the field for this three year term of service on 18 September 2007.
Guys, have not been faithful in keeping up with you. Just dropped by your site to “catch-up.”
